Dr. Khaled Abdulrahman Yassin Ahmed was born in the city of Sohag, Arab Republic of Egypt. He built his academic foundation there and in Cairo — earning a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and Education from Al-Azhar University (1999), a Master’s degree in Education from South Valley University (2005), and a Ph.D. in Philosophy of Education from Sohag University (2009), later adding a Diploma in Education Quality from Walden University, USA (2011). This foundation carried him from classroom teaching in Egypt’s secondary schools to a faculty career across three Saudi universities, and today anchors his work as Associate Professor of Educational Administration and Strategic Planning at Umm Al-Qura University.
